Geoff is a commercial portrait and lifestyle photographer based out of Evanston, IL. Largely self-taught, his work ranges from individual portraiture to family portraits, professional head shots and modeling, and published landscape photography. In addition to his professional work, Geoff continues to innovate through the development of multiple “passion projects” behind the lens. Though he has had a camera in his hands for more than two decades, Geoff began his professional career in photography in 2011, when he took the leap from corporate America and opened the doors to his own studio, Geoff Martin Photography in Evanston, Illinois. Since then he has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals, ranging from corporate professionals, professional actors and models to expecting mothers, children, and families.

Geoff's love of photography began early and he continues to challenge himself with new creative projects and techniques. Since we look our best when we are comfortable and having fun, Geoff sets people at ease right from the start. Clients appreciate his relaxed style, friendly demeanor, and sense of humor. Using a background in landscape photography from his early years, he enjoys incorporating outdoor environments whenever possible to add context and beautiful backdrops to his portraits.
